We are “Caring for America’s Heroes”...
Thank you for your interest in the Nevada State Veterans Home. The information that follows is designed to assist you in making informed decisions related to you or your loved one's residency at our Home.
Located in beautiful Boulder City, Nevada, the Nevada State Veterans Home is one of 134 state veterans' homes across the United States providing skilled nursing services to veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star parents.
Our Home is a State owned and operated facility and receives support from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We admit residents upon the recommendation of a physician, without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, religion, political affiliation, sexual orientation, age and/or handicap or disability, including AIDS and AIDS related conditions.
Within our 82,000 square foot facility, our Home is able to accommodate 180 residents throughout three neighborhoods, including one neighborhood offering two levels of secured care for those suffering from Alzheimer's or other dementia related illnesses.
“We don’t have a board of directors requiring us to make a profit. What we are all about is ‘Caring for America’s Heroes!'"
