Thank you for making a difference! More than 600 people joined us for the Third Annual Suicide Prevention Walk/Color Run last month at the Sparks Memorial Plaza.
It was a beautiful day filled with energy, compassion, and community as we came together to raise awareness, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and asking for help. The day served as a reminder that it is “okay not to be okay.”
The event reinforced a powerful message which is, we are stronger when we look after one another. If you or someone you know is struggling or facing a crisis, please reach out! Help and resources are available and you are never alone!
Thank you too to all the volunteers, exhibitors, friends, and supporters of the event!
We are making plans to potentially expand the event to include a Suicide Prevention Walk/Color Run in Southern Nevada in 2027!
If you were unable to join us in Sparks this year, please enjoy the photos from this year’s event.
