What Veterans Have to Say . . . About NDVS Veterans Service Officers (VSOs)
  • I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the assistance received in filing my claim. Joe is very helpful, I was very glad he is the one helping me.
  • In the VSO office (Main hospital, Las Vegas,) there was a cancellation and I took it. The person I was to see called the cancelled persons name and completly bypassed me. Antonio Mario saw this and he helped me with my claim.
  • Deneen Holley was very quick to accommodate my needs.
  • I was unable to attach the DD 214 and voided check to this email, so I sent it directly to Savannah's email.
  • I am just now exploring what benefits I may have. Antonio was very helpful in getting me started.
  • To be honest I am not a fan of the VA and the way they treated my husband at the VA hospital. They did not care about him at all, and could not wait to get rid of him. And I have heard many many people tell me that their Veteran was treated the same way. But when I came in the VA hospital, I was expecting the same, I dont care attitude that I always got, but then Christopher Reed came out of the office and we went with him. He was AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE, CARING AND FUNNY. He really knew his stuff. He really made us feel like he cared, and made it such an easy process. That was the best treatment we ever got from the VA. You are so lucky to have Christopher, he is such an asset to your company. I would for sure recommend getting a VSO like Christopher.
  • LaLonnie has been extremely helpful to me. I appreciate her so much.

How We Can Help

NDVS offers VA accredited Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) for Nevada’s veteran community. VSOs connect veterans to benefits, and can help write and submit benefits claims to the Veterans Administration (VA). Once the claim is filed, they will help you track your claim through the system. VSOs can also assist with filing appeals for denied claims.
