Fundraising Concert to Support VFW Post 8071 in Virginia City

VFW Post 8071 is promoting a fundraising concert in Virginia City from noon to 6:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 14th, 2022.  The event will take place at the Virginia City Fairgrounds.  The headliner, Todd Allen Herendeen, is well-known southern singer, songwriter, entertainer, and patriot.  Allen is doing a four state, cross country tour with to raise money for the VFW Post 8071 building project.  The concert came about following a chance meeting between Allen and one of the post members.  You can learn more about Todd Allen at https://www.toddallenshow.com/.  The building project continues to move forward.  The architect is putting the finishing touches on the plans.  The post’s fundraising efforts are nearing the $100,000 mark. For more information, contact John Strahan at (775) 636 2082 or john.strahan@outlook.com.
