Valor Quilters of Nevada presents NDVS staff members Helena Otero Rebecca Flemming

Louise Davenport, Valor Quilters of Nevada presents Helena Otero, NDVS Education/Employment Program Manager and Rebecca Flemming, NDVS Housing/Justice Reintegration Program Manager with Quilts of Valor for their military service. Otero retired from the U.S. Air Force. Flemming served in the U.S. Marine Corp and the Army National Guard. Both were nominated by NDVS Outreach Director and Navy Veteran Evan Rush.
