Voices of Valor. Confidential. Supportive. Veteran-Focused.
(Currently offered in Washoe County)
WHAT IS PEER-TO-PEER SUPPORT?
The Voices of Valor program promotes recovery for veterans through peer-to-peer connection in a stigma free space offering shared, lived experiences, mutual support, and encouragement. The sessions may also provide information on self-care, resource navigation, as well as skill building to problem solve.
NDVS facilitates access to confidential group and individual recovery support through the Voices of Valor program which provides coordinated referral pathways to support, in partnership with qualified providers and peer recovery support specialists.
GET CONNECTED. GET SUPPORT.
Veterans interested in learning more about Voices of Valor should speak directly with the NDVS representative or referral partner. For more information on the Voices of Valor program contact martinezi@veterans.nv.gov.
