2025 Healthcare Champions Toxic Exposure Survey Results

2025 Toxic Exposure Risk Survey Results Summary

Your service in the U.S. military may impact your health! The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs presumes certain disabilities, diseases, and conditions are directly related to the unique set of circumstances required by military service.

In an effort to connect veterans to their earned benefits, including healthcare options, NDVS is inviting veterans to take an “exposure risk” questionnaire to connect veterans to a Veterans Service Officer.

Go HERE to take the questionnaire.
