Dear fellow veterans and amazing advocates,  

As we close out the year, I hope your holiday season was filled with joy, peace, and cherished time with family and friends.  

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Wreaths Across America ceremonies so meaningful. The incredible turnout and reverence shown across our communities were powerful reminders that Nevada’s veterans are never forgotten. I am also deeply grateful for the continued support shown to our residents and staff at our State Veterans Homes, especially during the holiday when connection and care matter most.   

Looking ahead, I encourage all women veterans, and those who support them, to register for the upcoming Nevada Women Veterans Conference. This year it will be held in Las Vegas on March 14, 2026. This annual event is an important opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the strength and service of women veterans across our state. As we prepare to welcome the New Year, I thank you for your continued commitment to Nevada’s veterans, military members, and their families. May the year ahead bring health, hope, and renewed purpose. From all of us at NDVS, I wish you a safe holiday season and a very happy New Year!
