Send Us Your Ideas if the Coronavirus Alters Memorial Day

Send Us Your Ideas if the Coronavirus Alters Memorial Day

Right now, we are all being encouraged to stay at home and practice social distancing to reduce our risk of getting infected with the coronavirus. If this health crisis continues through to the end of May, we still think it is very important to observe Memorial Day. But doing so will mean we will have to think “outside the box” and come up with plan. We could use your suggestions on how NDVS can host or facilitate the annual Memorial Day program. Send your ideas to Terri Hendry at hendryt@veterans.nv.gov. NDVS will review them and with your help, develop a plan that will keep us safe while allowing the Memorial Day observation to continue. The deadline is Thursday, April 30th. Thanks for your ideas and support!
