All State Of Nevada Northern State Offices Closed February 28, 2023

State Government Offices in Carson, Douglas, Lyon, Storey, and Washoe Closed Today, Tuesday – 2/28/23

The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) are reporting that snow, freezing conditions, and wind are forecast to continue throughout Tuesday, February 28. This is likely to result in dangerous road conditions and poor visibility in northern Nevada.  As such, Governor Lombardo has ordered all State executive branch government offices (other than essential public safety and corrections personnel) to be closed Tuesday, February 28, in Carson City, Douglas County, Lyon County, Storey County, and Washoe County.
