American Legion National Commander Visits SNVMC

The American Legion National Commander, Dan Seehafer visited the cemetery on February 6, 2024. Cemetery Superintendent, Chris Naylor was able to spend some time with him, discussing the history of the cemetery and provided a tour of the buildings and grounds.

Meanwhile, team at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery (SNVMC) is working hard to get the grounds ready for the Spring season! They’re installing mow curbing in some burial sections and improving irrigation coverage to reduce the amount of water needed to keep the grass green during the southern Nevada heat of the summer!
