Las Vegas WWII Veteran Received France’s Highest Honor

It was such an honor for NDVS to be on hand to watch as Las Vegas World War II veteran Onofrio “No No” Zicari was awarded the French Legion of Honor during a ceremony at the Veil Pavilion banquet inside the Silverton Casino.
