Meet UVLC Chairman Andy LePeilbet


U.S. Army veteran Andy LePeilbet is serving as Chairman for the United Veterans Legislative Council (UVLC) as the 82nd session of the Nevada Legislature gets ready to begin.

Our congratulations go out to Mr. LePeilbet. He was recently named a Medal of Valor honoree on Veterans Day 2022. His name was also added to the El Dorado County Veterans Monument, along with four other veterans, during the ceremony held in Placerville, CA. Read more HERE.

UVLC

  • 2013 – Joined UVLC
  • 2014 – Served as Legislative Liaison with the Vietnam Veterans of America    #989. He remains an active member of the VVA #989 Color Guard.
  • 2018 – Appointed to UVLC Board of Directors
  • 2019 to 2023 – Chairman

Military Affiliations

  • 2008 to Current – Commander, Military Order of Purple Heart (MOPH), Nevada. Also, served as MOPH State & Chapter Adjutant, Legislative Officer
  • 2015 – Treasurer, Disabled American Veterans, #1 Reno
  • 2021 – AUSA Board Officer
