- Nevada Transition Assistance Program (NVTAP)
Thank you to everyone who participated in our pre-surveys for the Non-Emergency Veteran Medical Appointment Transport (NEV-MAT) pilot program. Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us better understand the challenges Veterans face when trying to access non-emergency medical appointments.
We are now moving into the post-survey stage, and your continued participation is critical. The information collected will help us evaluate progress, identify remaining gaps, and refine solutions to ensure Veterans receive the follow-up care they need and have earned.
We also want to share that many of the concerns raised in the pre-surveys, particularly the difficulty finding and accessing transportation, have been addressed. In response, we created a new webpage/resource page on our website to make information about transportation options more accessible to Veterans, their families, and community partners.
