Northern Nevada Veteran Featured in National Campaign

Avalon Health Care Group is hosting a recognition campaign to honor veterans living in its five Avalon run veteran homes! This month, the resident spotlight highlighted Wally Luetje, Resident Council President at the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home, located in Sparks. Wally is a Marine Corps veteran who received two Purple Heart Medals in the Vietnam War. To top it all off, Wally’s recognition occurred on the U.S. Marine Corps Birthday, November 10, 2022!
