MGM Resorts places a strong emphasis on hiring military veterans. There are many veterans within the organization, including guard and reserve. In 2012, MGM Resorts International partnered with the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada to create Boots to Business, a veterans hiring program. The mission of the program is to recruit talented military veterans into MGM Resorts.
