Rapid Sign-Up Now Available for Nevada’s Talking Books Program

The process to begin free audio library services for veterans with low to no vision just got quicker and easier for both veterans and VA staff.  

• The National Library Service (NLS) of the Library of Congress has a new initiative to certify VA rehabilitation staff to immediately create Braille and Audio Download (BARD) accounts for qualifying individuals in one easy step. 

• Interested VA staff should send their name, job title, and email address to hwilliams@admin.nv.gov  

• National Library Service will provide staff the training necessary to begin certifying qualified veterans to use our service.
