NNSVH Recognized as Top Customer Service Provider in U.S.

Congratulations to the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home for its well-deserved recognition from Pinnacle Quality Insights as one of the top providers of customer service in the entire country!   

Pinnacle Quality Insight conducts surveys all year long of NNSVH residents to compare to the results of annual surveys of residents of skilled nursing care/rehabilitation services facilities from across the country. This year, the Pinnacle survey revealed exceptional excellence in customer service at the NNSVH recognizing the team at the home as having one of the best customer service results in the entire country.  It is very difficult to stand out this much amongst one’s peers.  Congratulations to the NNSVH team on earning this recognition in 13 different categories!
