Are you Eligible for a Sewer Rebate in Reno/Sparks?

The City of Sparks and the City of Reno have once again approved a sewer rebate program for their eligible residents. As in prior years, one of the eligible groups is veterans receiving VA disability benefits (any percentage rating, no income restrictions). In some cases, tenants are eligible! 

The rebate this year is up to $125.93 for Sparks and $213 for Reno per household, and is available on a first come, first served basis until funds run out. Applications must be submitted by August 29 for Sparks residents and by August 31 for Reno residents. Please read the applications carefully for more details.

Starting July 1, Reno residents may obtain an application M – F 9:00am – 4:00pm by calling 775-334-2365 or visiting City Hall at 1 E. 1st St, first floor.  

Applications will also be available on the website starting July 1:  https://www.reno.gov/government/departments/finance/sewer-service.  The City’s sewer rebate flyer is attached to this email.
