The PACT Act is a historic new law that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans
who were exposed to toxic fumes such as burn pits, Camp Lejeune contaminated water
and other hazards while fighting for our country. PACT Act adds more than 20 new
presumptive conditions and more presumptive locations for Agent Orange and
radiation exposure.
This event is in collaboration with Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Medical
Disability Examination Office (MDEO), Community Veteran Engagement Team (CVET),
Community Partners, and Nevada’s accredited Veteran Service Officers.
