Women Veterans Day 2026 is observed on Friday, June 12, 2026, marking the 78th anniversary of the Women’s Armed Services Integration Act, which allowed women to serve as permanent, regular members of the armed forces. The day of recognition honors the service, sacrifice, and barrier-breaking legacy of women in the U.S. military.
