New Communications Director

On June 15, 2020, the Nevada Department of Veteran Services welcomed our new Communications Director, Julie Dudley.

“Julie is a highly regarded communications, public relations, and marketing professional,” said Director Miller. “I am confident she will provide Nevada’s veterans and their families with outstanding service.”

Julie previously worked as the Director of External Relations and Communications for the Davidson Institute/ Davidson Academy. She brings to our department a wealth of talent and experience, and we are fortunate that a professional of her caliber will help us in our mission of connecting veterans and their families to the benefits their service to our nation has earned them.

Julie is a graduate from the University of Reno, where she earned a mater's degree in speech communications. She also holds certifications in market research and a bachelor's in public relations.

We are excited to have her on board!
