Sarah Hogue recently joined the Nevada Department of Veterans Services as the Suicide Prevention Program Manager. Hogue was raised in Reno, Nevada and is thrilled to be returning to the Silver State after living in California, Michigan, and Washington State with her active duty husband (U.S. Navy) who is now stationed at Naval Air Station Fallon. She brings over six years of experience working with and advocating for active duty service members, veterans, and family members. Hogue is passionate about educating and connecting the military and veteran community with resources and programs to build and sustain resiliency throughout every stage of their military service.
Hogue’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Brandman University.
