As we head into the fall, there are number of opportunities for veterans to receive free or reduced priced dental care through a few organizations in Nevada.
One of those organizations is the Community Health Alliance Center in Northern Nevada. The center is announcing Adult Dental Days are coming up in September and again in December.
Dental services for adults, Liberty members, uninsured, walk-ins and others are welcome as capacity allows.
The dates are Tuesday, September 13th and Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at the Community Health Alliance Center, 2244 Oddie Blvd., Sparks, NV. To schedule an appointment email NVPRevents@LIBERTYDentalPlan.com. The event is hosted by Liberty Dental Plan of Nevada.
Nevada’s own Adopt A Vet Dental (AAVD) Program is another resource for low-income veterans to receive free or reduced cost dental care. AAVD identifies and qualifies each case, then seeks appropriate dental care for the qualified veteran. All dental services are provided pro bono to qualifying veterans.
