Associated Training Services

Associated Training Services (ATS) has offered training programs approved for eligible veterans for over 50 years. We have helped hundreds of veterans start careers in rewarding occupations. In June of 2013, ATS trained its 500th veteran. We have students come from all 50 states and our programs prepare vets for careers offering long term opportunities in: Heavy Equipment Operation: Includes Backhoes, Bulldozers, Loaders, Excavators, Motor Graders, Scrapers, Dump Trucks, All Terrain Forklifts and Compactors. Mobile Crane Operation: Includes Lattice Boom Cranes, Fixed Cab Cranes, Swing Cab Cranes, and Articulated Boom Cranes. These programs include certification through the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). Commercial Truck Driving: Four weeks and includes Class A Commercial Driver Training. Rigging & Signaling: Rigger-1 and Signalperson training, testing and certification through NCCCO. In addition to a wide array of training programs, ATS also offers: Graduate Employment Assistance: Our full time Employment Counselor has been with the Schools for over 40 years and has contacts with hundreds of companies all over the US who hire our graduates. Certification/Licensing: Equipment students receive credentials from NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research); and, we offer Crane, Rigging, and Signalperson certification through NCCCO. Living Accommodations: We have our own 62 room dormitory which provides inexpensive living arrangements for our students while in training. In honor of our country’s military veterans, our school grants scholarships in the amounts of $500 to $1,500 to all veterans. These scholarships can be used to pay a portion of the tuition for any of the programs offered by our school.
