Calling All Veteran Event Planners


Calling all veteran event planners! Now is the time to place your upcoming event with our NDVS Communications Team! Why?  

We can help you spread the word about your upcoming event. To be eligible, your event must be free of charge and open to the public. It must also be of interest and of benefit to veterans, military members or their families.  

To submit an event, email: pio.ndvs@veterans.nv.gov. Make sure you include the following information (This is MANDATORY): 

  • Name of event 
  • Description of event (Just 1 paragraph!) 
  • Photo, Artwork, Graphic, Logo! 
  • Who: Organization hosting or sponsoring event 
  • What: What kind of event is it? (A dinner, conference, social gathering, tournament, etc.)  
  • Where: Where is the event? Provide name of place and address! (If it is a virtual event, send us the Zoom link) 
  • When: What time will the event occur. Also, is it a recurring event? 
  • Registration: If they need to register, please provide the link.  
  • Point of Contact: Name of person, email and/or phone number.
