Community Vaccine Center – Mobile Vaccine Unit April 2021

FEMA is sending mobile vaccination units (MVU) to Nevada to support equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccine to vulnerable populations in rural and tribal areas where limited medical infrastructure exists.

✓ Two Mobile Vaccine Units will be touring Nevada.
✓ 8,000 J&J one dose vaccines will be distributed
✓ 13 stops N. Nevada – last stop in West Wendover on May 1
✓ 12 stops S. Nevada – last stop Laughlin on May 3
✓ FEMA owned and on loan for 60 days
✓ Set-up / breakdown approximately 4 hours on transition days.
