Northern Nevada State Veterans Home Receives Mask from the Flag Store

The Northern Nevada State Veterans Home recently received a donation of 200 cloth mask from the Flag Store in Reno, NV on Monday April 11th. This contribution is greatly appreciated by our department and the staff at the home as it helps to protect the staff and residents from the COVID- 19 virus.

The Flag Store’s donation is greatly appreciated in this time of health care supply shortages. We continue to request assistance in securing personal protection equipment or PPE. This includes medical grade gloves, N95 masks, medical grade gowns, and face shields. Due to a nationwide shortage, the need for medical grade PPE will remain a continual need.
